Cheaper Nucs Than Other Suppliers

Buying bees from bizzy bee honey our calm buckfast bees are supplied in a well ventilated correx box to keep the cost down.

These handy boxes are usefull around the apiary you can use them for catching swarms or holding the queen on a frame during inspections.

Unfortunately these do not travel very well in the post so that is why we have collection only for our bees,

We have looked at polystyrene boxes but these are quite expensive and we are trying to keep costs low for the customer, although you can request one if needed at extra cost.

Wooden is an option for us in the future but this would push the price up.

At bizzy bee honey we understand that it's quite expensive to start the hobby of beekeeping I was in a similar situation when I first started beekeeping.

so many things to look at, where to buy my hive and equipment from, where to buy bees from and are they any good, so unsure when first starting out.

So I started with a bees on a budget hive from thorne beekeeping supplies then i purchased my first nuc of bees from a local beekeeper for around £150.00.

After around a year i purchased another nuc and started to build up my bees that way, buying seconds equipment in the thorne sales during october time now after 15 years of beekeeping and experience we are now a buissness supplying honey, bees and beeswax candles.

We want to keep the cost down as low as possible selling exceptional quality and calm productive buckfast bees for new and established beekeepers who want to just start out or build up there apiary with out too much expense.

we're growing stronger year by year from the support of our customers its the customer that matters thats what build businesses so a big thank you to all so why not try bees from bizzybeehoney.co.uk
